Rusty roof Wira Project
I bought more stock to accomplish this project. This time it cost me RM50. Item includes;

1. Putty with harderner
2. Metalic spray ( 1 can)
3. Clear Spray ( 1 can)
4. Cloth type sand-paper ( 3 pcs)
5. 1 bottle of thinner
6. Muskin tape ( paper type and plastic type)
7. Anti-rust Black ( 1 liter)

I continue the project by finish-up filling the roof. I need to finished this faster due to the raining season is coming.

after finish and sanding the top, I paint anti rust under the roof. then I continue with sanding the roof to make it smooth.
I stop the process during magrib and continue after dinner. I'd cover my surrounding area to prevent wind and start to spray the roof. Unfortunely my paint is finished and impossible to get the new one at 10PM. So, i wait for the paint to dry and peform more filling with the putty and hardener.

I drove the car around and put it under open air to test either there are still leakage.
I need to buy at least 3 more spray to get better result. Will do it tonight. If possible.

Waja .. the best car I ever drove...
Within 3 month , my waja already undergo 11,000 Km maintenance schedule. Then , i drove it to Banting. There are drastic improvement on the performance. Maybe the engine was mature compare with when i bought it . it can easily top up 140KM/H at anytime. The cost for 11,000 KM service is RM 91. SO the next major service scheduled on 20,000 KM. And the estimated cost is RM 280. Base on my driving patern, which involved 120KM per day (at least), it will take me another 3 month to reach 20,000 KM.

Rust Roof project
okay .. forgot to say that, I use paint stripper to remove all the paint and rust. Then I grind it again. The paint stripper actually is an acid. It quite hurt when it hit your skin. Beware. Always use lot of water .

after the putty and hardener stiffed, i use sand paper to make it level. BTW, my neighbour said that , using iron saw are more faster. Yeap.. and put some water. I had managaed to come out with some finishing almost to the professional quality. ( Base on my judgement).

Monday bright
yeap.. I wake up quite early today. Almost 5.50 am. Then followed by my wife and kids. The wheater is hot. Too hot to handle. During weekend, we sleep in the main hall and let the door opened.

I had started a new project to repair my wira roof. On Saturday, after take our breakfast at PakCik, we go to kampung. it is only 110 KM. Not so far . Within 2 hours journey , we reached there and set for lunch. After lunch, we drive back to our house. Stop at Tangjung Karang to buy some hardware for repairing the roof top, which cost me RM 37.70( Putty, hardener, pile, brush, thinner).

I started the project with reaping off all interior material of the car . left only the body. The rust at the roof dominan 10 % of the total roof. I'd noticed that , the metal plat that had contact with the metal bar across the roof, are where the rust are. I continued to grind the roof from the top. pergh.... now I had lots of hole on my wira.
Maybe next time I should use some fibre with adhesive , but for now, I put my mud flap and glue it under the roof , so it can be the base for the putty. Then , i mix the putty with the hardener and put in on the hole.

Lamanya tak update
lama betul tak update page ni. susahlah rumah tak de internet... nak buat kat office .. tak best la pulak.

Nak kena apply wireless streamyx ni . Baru best. Anyhow, I had organize 1 big kenduri arwah for My parents, kakak and abang. Most of my family came, but still some fellow pergi main golf after that.. What a bump !!!.

It supposed to be a reunion for all family not the place to show stupidity. Yelah.. panas tu.. then balik ...kepenatan dan lapar. yeah I knew, rumah i tu dekat dengan golf course... but .. fikirlah...

The dawn of the new edge
Assalamualaikum and good morning. it quite a long time since the last update, Why ?... don't have internet access at house. Still don't know when to get it.

BTW, Just return from kampung. Meet Yeop to get the receipt. The best part is that My friend in kampung bought Estima 2.5L ..pergh... It is a very great car or MPV . With double sunroof, dual blower aircond system, nice interior.. it is a superb car for family.

Nice to have but the road tax is Rm 1015 for a year. A lot more than my wira insurance. This guy really got lot's of money to maintain this kind of vehicle.

New year, New House, New Car, old problem
Alhamdullilah,
as per now, I'd already achieve all my target. My wife currently drive the new Waja. erm ..and me, still driving my wira which currently the proud owner of OnRRWM ( Old and Rusty Roof Wira Motorsport). Kui kui

My next target is to further study ..
still looking.. I believe I will decide after June.
